A bit about me. I'm a product designer with 7+ years, most of it turning complex, workflow-heavy products into something people can actually use. I build design systems from scratch, I care about the small stuff (color, type, the details that make an interface feel considered), and I came up as an art director before moving into product, so craft isn't an afterthought for me.

One thing about how I work: I don't believe in a single rigid process. It depends. Need something fast? We skip steps. Got time? Let's research and test properly. I adapt to what the moment needs, and I stay close to engineering so what I design is what actually ships.

And what I want from the other side? A team where design is treated as a real decision, honest feedback is normal, and I can grow while helping build something that matters. That's the half I'm looking for.
